Breakfast
2 eggs, 2 slices of turkey bacon, rutabaga,peppers,onions fried in bacon drippings , also an orange 










Snack
an apple and some peanut butter












Lunch
a banana and soup ( quinoa,lamb,lentils and very many veggies )













Snack
 flax bun with ham and some mixed berries











Dinner
corned beef,cabbage,apple sauce and a casserole  made with parsnips , rutabaga and onions












Snack
walnuts and pumpkin seeds
