I am still feeling a bit ill, not sick enough to be in bed but not 100% either.
Breakfast
a hard boiled egg and 1/2 an orange
Packed in my lunch box
Bacon and the other 1/2 of the orange, flax seed bun with ham, spaghetti ( squash) lunch,
an apple and walnuts and pumpkin seeds, turkey ( not really stuffing) stuffing , blueberries and a banana
Dinner
Corned beef hash ( made with rutabaga ,peppers and onions) and an egg, also ( no picture) a flax seed bun and apple sauce ,
