rice checks , milk, sausage patty and ( not pictured ) coffee.
Todays lunch bag
egg and banana
cottage cheese and peaches
apple sauce and walnuts
yogurt and pumpkin seeds
turkey on a brown rice wrap with mustard
sweet peppers and cherry tomatoes
later a snack of rice checks and milk
a salad with pepperoni
dinner was meatloaf and sweet potatoes

8 oz protein = 8 ( my original goal was 6 oz of protein but felt that was not enough so upped it to 8 )
